Many people buy the whipped cream that they need from the convenient store as they think it’s too hard to make it on their own. However, whipped cream is so easy to make that it’s almost a crime to buy the canned ones that stores sell. Also, there are so many different and delicious ways to make your desert so much better by adding something special from you to the whipped cream. It’s really easy, you just need some tips which will surely make the whipped cream that you make an extraordinary one. Another thing is that you can play with your imagination and experiment with the whipped cream to create such variations that surely cannot be bought from the store. For example, I am pretty sure that whipped cream with fresh mint or whipped cream that was infused with cocoa powder and chocolate liqueur cannot be found in a can!      
So, on to the recipes! Let’s first start with the recipe which is the most basic one when it comes to whipped cream. It will serve as your base, too, and when you get enough confidence you will be able to upgrade it into your great variations of whipped cream. And the more variations you are able to create, the more your desserts will get sophisticated, delicious and craved by everyone.

Basic recipe for whipped cream:
(it will be enough for 8 dessert servings or more)
Ingredients:
– 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
– 1 pint of heavy whipping cream
– 1/4 cup with sugar on powder 
Preparation:
1. Get a bowl and mix inside all the liquid ingredients. Mix any dry ingredients that you choose to put in the cream with the sugar on powder and then mix the liquid ingredients with the mixture of dry ingredients.
2. Now whip the mixture that you got using an electric mixer. You should do that until you can see formations of raised peaks which can hold their current shape. Usually, this procedure should take you around four minutes, but this varies depending on the mixer type that you use.
3. Now you have plenty of your great homemade whipped cream ready to be served on the table over your desserts!
Making whipped cream is really easy and takes you only a few minutes, which will definitely be less time than you will need to get to the nearest store to get the canned not that good whipped cream variation.
In case you don’t want to bother doing it this way, there is a way to do it much faster and easier. Actually, the creation of whipped cream will be almost like a children’s game. All you will need to do is get yourself a cream charger, put the ingredients for the whipped cream in it and push the trigger. The cream charger has a small cylinder which is filled with Nitrous Oxide which is under high pressure and when you push the charger’s trigger that’s what creates your whipped cream in seconds.
